Selosteen soveltamisala
This accessibility statement applies to the Lizensa online shop at lizensa.fi: the home page, catalogue and product pages, search, cart, checkout, the customer account and the legal pages. It explains how the shop meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into national law.
Vaatimustenmukaisuuden tila
We design and test the shop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — the web requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.
The shop is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: the parts listed under "Known limitations" do not fully meet it yet. As far as our checks show, everything else does.
Tunnetut rajoitukset
- Payment forms. Card, PayPal and other payment forms in the checkout are embedded from the payment provider. We choose providers with accessible forms, but we cannot change their markup.
- Support chat. The chat window is a third-party widget; its keyboard and screen-reader support is outside our control. Every question can also be sent by e-mail to support@lizensa.fi.
- PDF documents. Invoices and licence certificates are PDF files that are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request we send their content by e-mail as plain text.
Barriers found by our automated checks are fixed before a change is released; any that remain are listed here.
Miten arvioimme saavutettavuutta
This statement was last reviewed on 24. syyskuuta 2026. It is based on a self-assessment:
- automated axe-core tests against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 (levels A and AA) of the home page, a category page, a product page, the cart, the checkout, the account login and this statement, run on every change before it is released;
- manual checks using the keyboard only.
We review this statement at least once a year and after every major change to the shop.

Mitä teemme saavutettavuuden eteen
Erityisesti suunnittelutiimi sitoutuu seuraavaan:
- Näppäimistönavigointi — jokainen interaktiivinen elementti on saavutettavissa Tab-näppäimellä, aktivoitavissa Enter- tai Välilyönti-näppäimellä ja suljettavissa Escape-näppäimellä. Emme käytä hiirellä toimivia malleja.
- Semanttinen HTML — maamerkit (`<main>`, `<nav>`, `<footer>`), otsikot oikeassa järjestyksessä, alkuperäiset lomakekontrollit, oikeat painikkeet. Ruudunlukuohjelmien ei pitäisi koskaan tarvita ARIAa ymmärtääkseen sivua, jonka ne voisivat ymmärtää pelkästä merkinnästä.
- Näkyvä kohdistus — jokainen interaktiivinen elementti näyttää kohdistusrenkaan aina, kun se on kohdistettu näppäimistöllä, vähintään 3:1 kontrastilla taustaansa vasten.
- Värikontrasti — leipäteksti 4.5:1, suuri teksti ja kuvakkeet 3:1, sekä vaaleassa että tummassa tilassa.
- Skaalautuva teksti — sivut pysyvät käytettävinä jopa 200 % zoomauksella missä tahansa selaimessa; kiinteät pikselileveydet eivät estä uudelleenjärjestelyä.
- Vähennetty liike — animaatiot kunnioittavat `prefers-reduced-motion` -asetusta eivätkä koskaan toista videota äänellä automaattisesti.
Pikanäppäimet
Vakioselaimen pikanäppäimet toimivat kaikkialla. Sivusto lisää kaksi omaa:
- / — avaa hakupaletin miltä tahansa sivulta.
- Escape — sulkee kaikki valintaikkunat, paneelit tai valikot.
Pidämme pikanäppäinlistan tarkoituksella pienenä, jotta se ei törmää avustavan teknologian näppäinyhdistelmiin.
Selaimet ja avustava teknologia
Testaamme uusimmilla kahdella versiolla Chrome, Edge, Firefox ja Safari -selaimista työpöydällä sekä Safari ja Chrome -selaimilla iOS ja Android -alustoilla. Testaamme ruudunlukuohjelmien toimintaa NVDA + Firefox, JAWS + Chrome, VoiceOver + Safari (macOS ja iOS) ja TalkBack + Chrome Androidilla.
Emme testaa Internet Explorer 11:tä; Microsoft ei enää tue sitä, emmekä estä sitä, mutta emme voi taata saavutettavuutta siellä.
